Dogs and birthday cake—name a better meeting combo!

We’ve recently had some very special guests join our meetings—Teddy and Buster, our four-legged friends!

One You Kent

Catherine, who joined us from One You Kent, shared how their service can support women in our community who may need help making positive lifestyle changes.

Whether it's improving diet, getting more active, quitting smoking, or boosting mental wellbeing, One You Kent offers free, friendly, and practical support tailored to individual needs.

Evolve with Barbara

We had the wonderful Barbara Thandi join us to talk about hypnotherapy at one of our meetings recently.

It was a pleasure to have Barbara with us and we hope to work with her in the near future.

Meet Pip!

At one of our recent meetings, we had a very special (and very well-behaved) guest join us — Pip the duck! Pip is one of our lovely member’s four Indian Runner ducks, and she stole all of our hearts the moment she waddled in. Calm, curious, and completely charming, Pip brought such a unique and joyful energy to the group.

It was a gentle reminder that healing and connection can come in many unexpected forms — sometimes even with feathers! She was truly a little superstar, and we hope to see her again soon.
